Jill's Floral Designs operates this website, and throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jill's Floral Designs. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to engage in our service and be bound by the following policies. We make every effort to keep our terms and conditions up to date, but they are subject to change. We may update or amend this information at any time without notice, and all modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy as an online visitor to our website. We collect information about you to enhance the services we offer to you. We value your privacy and confidentiality and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. Information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure server. We treat your personal information as confidential and keep it private.

Shipping Policy

Please place your order with us 3 days in advance. Alternatively, you can schedule the order for a future date. We are dedicated to not only delivering beautiful blooms but also a tailored experience. If you have a preferred delivery time, simply let us know in the delivery instructions during checkout. We'll make every effort to accommodate it within a 2-hour window. Alternatively, we can coordinate with the recipient for a convenient delivery timeframe. Your satisfaction and their joy are our top priorities. 

To ensure successful delivery, please provide all necessary information, including unit numbers, corporate details, and recipient contact details. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, we will leave the flowers in a safe location. We will notify both the recipient and sender once the delivery has been made.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. In case the flowers cannot be delivered or left in a safe place, we can arrange for redelivery, but this will incur an additional delivery fee.
If you have special delivery instructions, please include them in the delivery instructions section of your order or email us at online@jillsfloral.com.au.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify your order or subscription, please contact us at online@jillsfloral.com.au. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes. However, we can only guarantee changes, including to the delivery address and card messages, if we receive not less than 24 hours' notice.
If you need to cancel your order, please give us not less than 24 hours' notice before the requested delivery date. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. If you give less notice, we may issue a refund if we haven't started preparing your order at the time of cancellation. To cancel your order, please email us at online@jillsfloral.com.au.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. 

Returns and Refunds

Please note that the products sold on this website are perishable, natural items, and the lifespan of flowers is dependent on species, resulting in some varieties living longer than others. Fresh cut flowers have an expected average lifespan of 3-7 days, depending on the variety, conditions, and care. Please refer to our "Flower Care Guide" page for advice on how to care for your cut flowers.
Flowers are a product of nature, and availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced may be exactly as pictured on this website. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that there may be discrepancies between the images and the produced goods. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your arrangement, and we will discuss an alternative solution with you.
To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers have been disposed of or images are unavailable. We reserve all rights to request photos of the flowers and require notification of dissatisfaction within 24 hours of your delivery.
