Shipping policy

Please place your order with us 3 days in advance. Alternatively, you can schedule the order for a future date. We are dedicated to not only delivering beautiful blooms but also a tailored experience. If you have a preferred delivery time, simply let us know in the delivery instructions during checkout. We'll make every effort to accommodate it within a 2-hour window. Alternatively, we can coordinate with the recipient for a convenient delivery timeframe. Your satisfaction and their joy are our top priorities.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide all necessary information, including unit numbers, corporate details, and recipient contact details. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, we will leave the flowers in a safe location. We will notify both the recipient and sender once the delivery has been made.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. In case the flowers cannot be delivered or left in a safe place, we can arrange for redelivery, but this will incur an additional delivery fee.
